I WORK WITH ORGANIZATIONS THAT ARE GROWING

AND STARTING TO FEEL THE STRAIN.

GROWTH CREATES COMPLEXITY.

What worked at 50 people doesn’t work at 500.
What worked before funding doesn’t work after it.
And the culture that got you here won’t take you to the next level.

I work with:

  • Growth-stage healthcare companies (Series B/C and scaling)
  • Mission-driven nonprofits navigating increased complexity

Organizations where:

  • Execution is slowing down
  • Decision-making is unclear
  • Accountability is inconsistent
  • And the culture is starting to work against the strategy

I DON’T COME IN TO “ADVISE.” I COME IN TO FIX WHAT’S NOT WORKING.

I’ve spent 30+ years inside complex organizations—across operations, HR, and executive leadership.

Not watching from the outside.
Working inside the system.
Owning outcomes when things had to move.

I’ve seen what happens when things are aligned.
And I’ve seen what happens when they’re not.

“Tracy’s approach to complex human capital issues, her business savvy and honest counsel allow for the organizations that she works in to obtain the highest possible return on their most valuable investment – their people.”

WHAT I SEE

Most organizations don’t struggle because people aren’t capable.

They struggle because:

  • Decisions aren’t as clear as leaders think they are
  • Accountability exists, but not consistently
  • Structure doesn’t support how the work actually needs to happen
  • And culture starts to operate independently of strategy

You can feel it in the day-to-day:

Work gets revisited.
Priorities compete.
Meetings increase.
But progress doesn’t.

If your organization is growing and the strain is starting to show, let’s take a closer look at what’s actually happening beneath the surface.

HOW I WORK

Everything comes back to four things:

Strategy. Structure. People. Culture.

Not as concepts, but as operating realities.

If those aren’t aligned, execution breaks.

And when execution breaks, leaders compensate.
Usually by working harder instead of working differently.

That’s the pattern I help organizations interrupt.

“What stands out most about Tracy is her ability to bring calm, structure, and direction to complex situations.

She naturally balances strategy, execution, and people dynamics in a way that keeps teams aligned and moving forward.”

LEADERSHIP

A NOTE ON LEADERSHIP AND IMPACT

My journey as a Black woman in corporate shapes how I see this work.

I’ve experienced—and witnessed—what happens inside organizations
when clarity is inconsistent, accountability is uneven, and leadership alignment is lacking.

Decisions get made in rooms that aren’t always transparent.

Standards shift depending on who’s in front of you.

And the leaders who are most capable are often the ones carrying the most. Without the same level of support or access.

Black women feel that reality in very real ways.

But these aren’t isolated experiences.
They are signals of deeper structural and leadership breakdowns.

The same gaps that create inequity—unclear decision-making, inconsistent accountability, misaligned leadership behavior—are the ones that slow execution and limit performance across the organization.

My work focuses on fixing those gaps at the system level.

Because when organizations get this right, performance improves. And more leaders are actually able to lead at their highest level.

This isn’t separate work.
This IS the work.
